FIELD: locking devices. SUBSTANCE: this relates to locks with movable latches which can be used for doors of various types, namely in dwelling, administrative, and production buildings and premises, as well as for safes, boxes for valuables, etc. For more protection of lock mechanism from unauthorized opening by drilling-out, lock has span-piece with guide post secured on it. Also provided are latches which are installed for possible interaction with aforesaid post and key. In this case, guide post is of higher hardness at side of its end which is connected with span-piece. Guide post at this end has insert with free convex surface made of material possessing higher hardness than material of guide post. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 dwg
