SUBSTANCE: nozzle orifice 2 is made in bushing 1 by electric spark machining and then inlet part 5 of hole, thus formed, is machined by needle executing reversing rotary and reciprocating motions. Jet of fuel with increased length of nonatomized portion provides cooling of combustion chamber and nozzle walls in required zone thus ensuring reliable thermal conditions of engine excluding burn-outs and emergency situations in flight. EFFECT: in creased length of nonatomized jet used for internal cooling in mixing members of liquid propellant thruster. 2 dwg
