FIELD: radio communications using broad-band signals. SUBSTANCE: system has ground distant station, ground subscriber's station, and space-station repeater equipment. Ground distant station has series-connected antenna 1, signal receiver 2, demodulator 3, control signal discriminating unit 21, control unit 4, pseudorandom train generator 22, phase keyer 23, transmitter 7, antenna 8, series-connected message source 5 and modulator 6 connected to second input of phase keyer 23, as well as pseudorandom train generator 18 inserted between second input and second output of receiver 2. Ground subscriber's station has series-connected antenna 9, information signal receiver 10, demodulator 11, and information user 12. Input of signal receiver 17 is connected to input of receiver 10 and its output, to second inputs of receivers 10 and 17 through pseudorandom train generator 38. Space-station repeater equipment incorporates antenna 13, receiver 14, phase key 253,, rejection filter 16, phase keyer 34, subtracter 39, transmitter 19, adder 36, and antenna 20. Common point of output of receiver 14 and input of phase key 253 is connected to inputs of phase keyers 251 and 252 as well as to other input of subtracter 39. Output of phase keyer 251 is connected through series- interconnected band filter 151, amplifier 271, amplitude detector 281, comparison circuit 30, control signal shaping unit 32, and transmitter 33 to other input of adder 36. Output of phase keyer 252 is connected through series-interconnected band filter 152, amplifier 282, and amplitude detector 253 to other input of comparison circuit 30. Common point of output of phase keyer 153 and input of rejection filter 16 is connected through series-interconnected decoupling device 41, band filter 273, amplifier 283, and amplitude detector 281 to one of inputs of adder 29 whose two other inputs are connected to respective inputs of amplitude detectors SSS and 282. Output of adder 29 is connected through series-interconnected storage device 24 and threshold comparison circuit 31 to other input of control-signal shaping unit 32. Output of pseudorandom signal generator 35 is also connected to input of phase keyer 263; transmitter 33 is connected through control delay circuit 40 to input of phase keyer 34 and through delay circuits 26 and 37, to other inputs of phase keyers 251 and 252.
