FIELD: fat-and-oil industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has charging column with decanter and extraction column. Flange of horizontal transfer auger is positioned in lower part of decanter. Shafts with auger coils driven for rotation by electric engines through related reducers are arranged within housings of columns. Charging column of extractor has height of 13.0-14.0 m to facilitate increased output and mycelium concentration. Shaft with auger coils in charging column is spaced from decanter flange by distance of 0.8-1.0 m and has length of 4.5-5.5 m. Upper auger coil pitch is 0.38-0.42 m and it is positioned at right angle to shaft axis. Extraction column has oil cake level sensors positioned in upper part of extraction column.
