FIELD: measurement technology, instrumentation. SUBSTANCE: invention is meant for design of parametric measurement converters invariant to changes of parameters of power supply sources and other influencing values. Converter enhances precision of conversion thanks to provision for invariance to changes of parameters of power supply sources and to compensation of constant noninformative component in conversion function. It includes differential measurement converter 1 which extreme leads are connected to poles of power supply source 2 and to inputs of operational amplifiers 3 and 4 connected by diagram of voltage followers or scale amplifiers and which center lead is linked to common point of circuit, voltage adder 5, voltage subtracter 6 and divider 7. Adder 5 and subtracter 6 are built on operational amplifiers 8 and 9, resistances of resistors 10-16 are equal and resistance of resistor 17 is approximately equal to resistance obtained by parallel connection of resistors 10-12.
