FIELD: gas welding, soldering, cutting, etc. SUBSTANCE: device includes power supply source, gas mixture preparation unit, burner and at least two stacks. Each stack consists of bipolar electrolyzer and hydraulic seal which are made from vertical plates having holes for gas and liquid with flexible gaskets between them, as well as dielectric flange also having holes for gas; flange is located between electrolyzer and hydraulic seal. Stacks have common water inlet and common gas outlet. Besides that, as least one dielectric flange is provided with electrode mounted in it; one end of this electrode is connected to control circuit of power supply source and/or to indicating circuit; other end of electrode is connected with channel made in dielectric flange at minimum permissible level of electrolyte. Provision is made for mounting the second electrode whose one end is connected to control circuit of power supply source and/or indicating circuit; other end of second electrode is connected with channel made in dielectric flange at maximum permissible level of electrolyte.
