FIELD: mechanical engineering; working medium supply control systems in oil and gas lines, actuators of flying vehicles, technological machines, etc. SUBSTANCE: power mechanism includes rotor, stator and sealing strip. Rotor is made in form of output shaft with blade. Stator is provided with rotor turn limiter and passages for delivery of working medium to and removal of it form working chambers. Stator is mounted for rotation relative to housing. Inner surface of housing is provided with slot where stator turn limiters are arranged. Outer surface of stator has projection located inside slot of housing. Stator turn limiters are made at angle found from the following relationship: α = ϕ -γ + β, where ϕ is angle between limiters, γ is angle between surfaces of blade in planes passing through point of interaction with rotor turn limiters and β is angle between surfaces of stator projection in planes passing through points of interaction with stator turn limiters. Stator is provided with members for connecting the torque transmitting device. EFFECT: enhanced reliability and extended functional capabilities. 1 dwg
