FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: plow frame has interconnected transverse, longitudinal and diagonal bars box-like in cross-section. Diagonal bar has cantilever section in its rear part coupled to longitudinal bar by means of rigidity member. The latter is made in the form of profile L, , or H or may be of O-shaped cross-section. External longitudinal edges of rigidity member are secured to horizontal and/or vertical surfaces of bars being coupled. Width of horizontal flanges of rigidity member decreases in both directions from place of joining of longitudinal and diagonal bars. Longitudinal bar, rigidity member and cantilever section of diagonal bar are coupled to one another so that their side surfaces are tangential to curvature - strophoid. Length of section coupling the rigidity member with cantilever part of diagonal bar is 1.2-3.0 times as large as length of section which couples rigidity member with longitudinal bar. Rigidity member has form of triangle or trapezium in plane. EFFECT: higher strength of cantilever part of frame diagonal bar. 11 cl, 2 dwg
