FIELD: medicine, pulmonology. SUBSTANCE: method involves the use of medicinal preparations based on vegetable raw. Method involves the use of expectorant species infusion prepared of colt's foot leaves, elecampane roots, licorice roots, pot-marigold flowers and thyme grated herb where sodium hydrocarbonate is added at the end of infusion process. For inhalation a preparation "Cacalen" of the following composition is used: total active components from Cacalia hastata L. and pot-marigold flowers (Calendula officinalis L.) or a preparation "Plantack" containing total active components of Cacalia hastata L., pot-marigold flowers and plantain. Expectorant species infusion is intaken at beginning of treatment in 2 h and inhalations are carried out in equal intervals, by 10-15 inhalations for 24 h. To the end of 3-4-th week inhalation amount is decreased to 2-3 times per 24 h and expectorant species infusion is replaced for thyme grated herb infusion. Sustaining intake of infusion and inhalation is carried out for 2-12 months depending on patient state. EFFECT: sanitation and enhancement of organism protective forces. 4 cl, 3 ex
