FIELD: real currency equivalents, such as precious metals and gems on information carrier. SUBSTANCE: currency equivalent has base, which is made from material, which is convenient for information carrying, protection and reading. Base material also contains inclusions of precious metals and gems, which are doped in base material of manufactured article in some stage of manufacturing process, so that their shape and weight provides possibility to evaluate article in terms of gold weight units and/or fractions of gold weight units. Metals are doped in any chemical condition which makes its separation by standard mechanical methods impossible. Information which has been applied on currency unit, gives code or registration index of gem, its weight and cost as well as cost of both currency backing ingredients in terms of gold weight. Currency backing ingredients are any rare or precious metal and gems which are doped together in arbitrary composition, including simultaneous inclusion of two and more metals and gems. EFFECT: possibility to design convenient and unified currency equivalents. 2 cl
