FIELD: oil producing industry, in particular, methods and devices for treatment of bottom-hole formation zones of hydrodynamic vibrations of cavitation origin. SUBSTANCE: method includes acceleration of destructive oil-containing flow of working medium under high pressure in acoustic radiator up to velocity at radiator outlet of 330-350 m/s. At the same time, radiator is moved doubly up and down at speed of 0.008-0.01 m/s. After motion of radiator, oil inflow from formation to well is stimulated by electing effect of accelerated flow of working medium. The device for embodiment of the claimed method has body with central internal channel connected with swirler located in shell. Swirler inlet is connected with tubing string, and its outlet, with body central channel. Pipe to which the device is joined, is connected to line of working medium injection. Device has means for its moving along well axis. Body wall has through channels with outlet diffusers and located higher are L-shaped channels with outlet diffusers. Inlet holes of these channels are on the surface of central body. Installed inside central channel is piston for changing over of flow. It is spring-loaded from above and below and made in the form of sleeve with radial holes in piston wall.
