FIELD: isolation of lost circulation zones in wells. SUBSTANCE: packer is provided with swivel bush arranged in lower portion of holder for turn around mandrel. Outer surface of mandrel is provided with circular shaped groove which is bounded by sharp-pointed lower inclined chamfers at lower side and by alternating short and long longitudinal sections of groove evenly distributed over circumference at upper side; short and long sections are engageable by means of upper inclined chambers. At least one projection received by shaped groove of mandrel is made on side of inner surface of swivel bush. EFFECT: enhanced operational reliability of packer. 2 dwg
