FIELD: transport engineering; cross country vehicles; low pressure pneumatic tyres for negotiating permafrost, tundra, boggy areas, deserts and other terrains. SUBSTANCE: wheeled vehicle has body and running gear including wheels with pneumatic tyres. Ratio of total mass of vehicle to product of tyre outer diameter, width of its section and number of wheels is 0.005-0.007 and ratio of mass (kg) of each tyre to its inner volume (kg/m3) lies within 45 and 80. Pneumatic tyre with width of section exceeding its height has side walls, tread and beads. Thickness of tyre side walls is 0.0025-0.0050 of tyre outer diameter and thickness of its tread is 1.5-2.0 of side wall thickness inner pressure in tyre is 0.005- 0.05 MPa. EFFECT: provision of floatability of vehicle without contact of bottom with water surface and possibility of negotiation of terrains with carrying capacity not less than 0.02 MPa without destruction of soil-and-herb layer. 8 cl, 4 dwg
