FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: compound contains chloromethylsilatran as active substance in aqueous solution and further contains organosilicon emulsifying surfactant in the form of polyoxyalkylene organosiloxane block copolymer used in an amount of 5-50 wt.-% of active substance. Organosilicon emulsifying surfactant reduces decay rate of Myval in water, provides higher solubility and works as bioregulator at plant growth and development stages and as adaptive gene and antidote reducing content of nitrates and pesticides in products. Compound may be used for different crops and in different climatic zones. EFFECT: increased efficiency in growth and development promotion, increased yield and improved quality of product. 7 dwg
