Besides that, is provided with automatic make-up of expansion reservoir with preheated water at insignificant consumption of hot water (morning toiler, dish washing, etc.) which is effected through connection of float valve of expansion reservoir to outlet branch pipe of tap water preheating coil. Provision is made for simultaneous make-up of entire system with preheated water in case of considerable consumption of hot water (bath, shower, etc. ), thus making it possible to use the entire system as hot water accumulator and eliminating shortage in replenishing the system with cold water.
