FIELD: radio engineering, in particular, wide-band communication systems. SUBSTANCE: device has serial circuit of first subtraction unit, first multiplier, and band-pass filter. In addition device has second multiplier and synchronous phase filter. First inputs of synchronous phase filter and first subtraction unit are joined and serve as device input. Second inputs of first and second multipliers are connected to output of signal copy generator. In addition device has serial circuit of first solving circuit, OR gate, controlled-gain amplifier, as well as second solving circuit and phase shifter. First input of second subtraction unit is joined with device input. Second input of second subtraction unit is connected to output of second multiplier, which first input is connected to output of phase shifter. Output of band-pass filter is connected to input of phase shifter and input of second solving circuit, which output is connected to second input of OR gate. Output of clipper is connected through synchronous phase filter to first input of controlled-gain amplifier, which output is connected to second input of first subtraction unit.
