FIELD: devices and methods for mixing of hydraulic binder and mineral materials with liquid. SUBSTANCE: device has at least two concentric tubular members located in each other, one of which external one has means spiral in shape and embracing the internal tubular member. Device has one hole to discharge the prepared mixture of liquid and solid materials. Spiral means is made for conveying liquids such as water, or solid material in crushed state in the form of small pieces, granules, grains and/or in powdery state. External tubular member has at least one hole intended for introduction of liquid or said crushed solid materials to its internal hollow. Internal tubular member is opened to internal hollow of external tubular member down from inlet hole and up from outlet hole for production of mixture based on at least hydraulic binder and mineral materials such as sand with cement and water in ratios of sand/cement equalling 0-10, and water/cement equalling 0.1-2. The process plant incorporates said device and movable car carrying the device having on its inlet metering members of supplied materials used for preparation of mixture, and device for control and synchronization of movable car depending on parameters of supply of components for preparation of mixture. The method includes application of coating based on quickly setting cement to internal surface of metallic pipe with use of the device and plant. The invention ensures distribution in pipe of very dry mortars, mortars with large amount of sand and mortars liable to separation into layers, prevents settling of mortar due to its agitation.
