BIDET Russian patent published in 1998 - IPC

FIELD: sanitary engineering equipment. SUBSTANCE: this can be used in dwelling and public buildings and also in automobile and railway transportation facilities as addition to lavatory pan. Bidet has feeding pipe with shower head-piece, mixing faucet with pipelines for feeding hot and cold water, and valves for regulation of water flow rate and temperature, and also seat with cover installed on mixing faucet pipeline with possible turning in vertical plane. Bidet is provided with device for fixing in required position of body of each mixing faucet valve, and for fixing to lavatory pan of both seat with cover and mixing faucet. Each device is made in the form of L-shaped strip with portion of it bent in vertical plane. Free end of strip, its laterally protruding part and vertical part have holes for passing and fixing respectively of valve connecting pipe union, for member which fastens to lavatory pan, and for fixing to pipeline. Application of aforesaid embodiment of sanitary unit gives optimal combination of components, improves functional reliability and provides for good operating conditions.
