SUBSTANCE: invention relates to derivatives of amidothiophosphate of the formula (II): (R₁O)(R₂S)P(O)-N[(CH₂)_nCN]C(O)R₃ where R₁ - methyl or ethyl; R₂ is n-propyl or sec.-butyl; R₃ - (C₁-C₄)--alkoxy-group, (C₁-C₄)--alkylthio-group, phenyl, phenoxy; n = 1 or 2. Methods of synthesis of compounds of the formula (II) involve: (a) phosphoric acid chloroanhydride of the formula (R₁O)(R₂S)P(O)Cl is subjected for interaction with nitrile derivative of the formula NC(CH₂)_nNHCOR₃ where values R₁, R₂, R₃ and n are indicated above; (b) amidothiophosphate of the formula (R₁O)(R₂S)P(O)-NH(CH₂)_nCN is subjected for interaction with acid chloroanhydride of the formula ClC(O)-R₃ where values R₁, R₂, R₃ and n are indicated above. Invention relates to also a composition containing an effective amount of compound of the formula (II) and inert vehicles, and to a method of control over insects, nematodes and mites which involves the use of compound of the formula (II) at effective amount in pests location focus.
