FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to derivatives of amidothiophosphate of the formula (II): (R1O)(R2S)P(O)-N[(CH2)nCN]C(O)R3 where R1 - methyl or ethyl; R2 is n-propyl or sec.-butyl; R3 - (C1-C4)--alkoxy-group, (C1-C4)--alkylthio-group, phenyl, phenoxy; n = 1 or 2. Methods of synthesis of compounds of the formula (II) involve: (a) phosphoric acid chloroanhydride of the formula (R1O)(R2S)P(O)Cl is subjected for interaction with nitrile derivative of the formula NC(CH2)nNHCOR3 where values R1, R2, R3 and n are indicated above; (b) amidothiophosphate of the formula (R1O)(R2S)P(O)-NH(CH2)nCN is subjected for interaction with acid chloroanhydride of the formula ClC(O)-R3 where values R1, R2, R3 and n are indicated above. Invention relates to also a composition containing an effective amount of compound of the formula (II) and inert vehicles, and to a method of control over insects, nematodes and mites which involves the use of compound of the formula (II) at effective amount in pests location focus.
