FIELD: armament, in particular, pump-type small arms. SUBSTANCE: multiple small arms uses a movable barrel, fore grip installed on the barrel, magazine above the barrel with the cutoff, extraction mechanism, trigger mechanism using a trigger hinge-mounted in the body, spring-loaded sear and spring-loaded trigger fork with striker, hinged cover with feeder, locking device. The locking device is made in the form of two spring-loaded latches symmetrically arranged on the sides of the trigger. Each latch has a tail section with a locking tooth, it is hinge-mounted in the body for engagement of the working surface of the locking tooth with the working surface of the barrel retaining recess acting in its extreme rear position, and of the tail section with the trigger in its rear position. The working surfaces of the latch locking teeth and the working surfaces of the barrel retaining recesses engageable with them are of the rest type. Each latch before the locking tooth has a chamfered tooth, and mating chamfered teeth are made on the fore grip against the latch chamfered teeth. The fore grip is installed on the barrel with radial and axial clearances for engagement of its chamfered teeth with the chamfered teeth of the latches in the extreme rear position of the barrel so as to ensure closed position of the latches in the rear position of the fore grip, and open position of the latches in the front position on the barrel. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of fire in heavy conditions of use by enhancing the rigidity of the locking device and improving the condition of trigger functioning. 8 dwg
