FIELD: mining surveyor and geodetic operations. SUBSTANCE: device incorporates gyrounit, theodolite, theodolite support and rotary platform mounted uniaxially on it. Support with aid of gyropiece locking it over height is made fast to platform. Theodolite support is manufactured in the form of telescopic support. Cantilever with location supports in upper and lower surfaces is made fast to extending part of telescopic support. Body of gyrounit is fitted with cramp with stopping screws. Screws rest against supports located on lower surface of cantilever. Prism to match optical axes of theodolite and gyrounit is inserted into telescopic support. Location supports are arranged in vertexes of triangle formed by sections of straight lines connecting their projections on surface of cantilever. Two location supports as minimum are located on lower surface of cantilever. One support is prismatic, the other one is conical and is located on upper surface.
