SUBSTANCE: method involves providing presowing treatment by soaking seeds in aqueous solution of organosilicon adaptogen with concentration of 0.005-0.2%; prior to sowing, dusting with ultra-fine ferric oxide on the basis of 5-25 kg per 1 ton of seeds; sowing seeds; regulating air temperature parameters, when it is below 3 C at night and below 5 C at daytime, or when it is above 18-20 C; prior to or upon digging out of seedlings, covering seedling surface with aqueous emulsion of organosilicon film-forming antitranspirant at concentration of 3-7%.
