FIELD: pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: composition has substance(s) showing secondary irritant effect and antagonist(s) of substance P in pharmaceutically acceptable medium. Antagonist of substance P - compounds containing heterocycles, nitrogen-containing compounds having one or some benzene cycles, peptides and others. Preferable content of antagonist of substance P is 0.0001-0.1 wt.-%. Pharmaceutically acceptable medium: aqueous, aqueous-spirituous or oily solutions, emulsion water-in-oil, microemulsion, aqueous gel, anhydrous gel, serum, vesicular dispersion. Method involves addition of an antagonist of substance P to a composition containing a compound showing secondary irritant effect in pharmaceutically acceptable medium. Composition can be used for treatment of patients with acne, psoriasis, skin lymphomas, ulcers and others and especially for patients with irritant and/or reactive skin.
