SUBSTANCE: invention relates to synthesis of S-dialkyl-, alkylphenyl- and diphenylarsinous esters of 4-methoxyphenyldithiophosphonic acids of the formula (I) where Ar is 4-MeOC₆H₄; R is a lower alkyl, phenyl; R′ is ethyl, phenyl. Reaction is carried out by interaction of 2,4-bis-(4-methoxyphenyl)-2,4-dithiooxo-1,3,2λ⁵,4λ⁵-dithiadiphos- -phethane with alkyl or phenyl esters of dialkyl-, alkylphenyl- or diphenylarsinous acids of the formula ROAsR′R″ where R, R′ and R″ as indicated above at 20 C in the presence of without solvent (benzene) followed by isolation of the end substances by the known procedures (benzene).
