FIELD: chemistry of high molecular compounds. SUBSTANCE: in order to prepare suspension polyvinyl chloride in the presence of protective colloid, oxidative-reducing system based on percarbonate and betains is used in 1-0.14 to 1-0.22 weight ratio. Betains are compounds of formula I: R1 wherein R is mixture of linear alkyl residues having 10- 18 carbon atoms or -CONH(CH2)3- R1 wherein is mixture of organic acid residues having 6-15 carbon atoms.
