FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: this can be used for lining of main underground workings in mines. Mine lagging is produced in the form of rectangular plate which is reinforced with long steel fibres. Length of these fibres is 50-200 mm and diameter is equal to 0.3-0.6 mm. In this case, 60-80% of total amount of reinforcing fibres is located in central part of plate, and 10-20% of it is located in end parts of plate. Additional mine lagging can contain short fibres with diameter of 0.2-0.8 mm and length of 5-40 mm. Method for production of mine lagging consists in following: initially placed in prepared form according to determined pattern are long steel fibres of aforesaid parameters. Then fine-grain concrete is placed into form, and after that it is subjected to vibrating compaction and to heat-moisture treatment. Aforesaid production process gives mine lagging possibility of deflection without crushing under load brought forth upon it. Construction of mine lagging is simplified together with reduction of its mass. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 7 cl, 1 dwg
