FIELD: locomotor surgery. SUBSTANCE: apparatus is designed for treating locomotor diseases associated with formation of contractures Ц persistent, tissue- morphology-caused movement restrictions of upper and lower extremities, and can be used to correct contractures as pathologic phenomena of strong morphofunctional alterations in muscular tissue, capsular-ligament apparatus of joint, and joint purse by initiating pulse action which generates mechanical shock-vibration wave in body conducting media to be addressed to the site where patho-morphologic alterations of tissue are localized. Casing of apparatus is executed in the form of cylinder bearing, on its inner surface, pulse generators connected with power-supply and control units. Each pulse generator is executed in the form of resilient liquid-filled reservoir with coaxially mounted reflector electrodes inside it. Each resilient reservoir is connected to pressure source through separated pressure regulator. Reflector is mounted such that its angular position can be varied. Casing consists of separate segments, and electrodes in each segment are connected to its power-supply units through control unit. EFFECT: enhanced treatment efficiency. 5 cl, 6 dwg
