FIELD: testing of powder rotors. SUBSTANCE: gear is intended to test rotors which are accelerated by gases from burning of powder charge. Body and threaded cover of rotor form combustion chamber. Powder charge in the form of blasting cartridge in placed into chamber. Electric ignitor is put into duct of blasting cartridge. Piston with bearing are positioned in hollow axle of cover. Grooves are made in side surface of piston. Gear for bench testing of rotor has frame with unit for attachment of rotor and unit for measurement of its parameters. Attachment unit is fabricated in the form of two rotating supports. Unit measuring parameters of rotor is pressure transducer coupled to piston. Photosensor is installed in frame. EFFECT: increased accuracy of measurement of parameters by value of pressure of gases in function of time and number of revolution of rotor in functions of time and pressure. 2 cl, 2 dwg
