FIELD: information recording technology, collection and recording of flight data, storage of these data for cases of flight accidences, operational testing of aircraft systems and equipment. SUBSTANCE: device to collect and record information has commutator of analog parameters and amplifier of millivolt signals connected to input of voltage-to-code converter, program control unit and data collection unit with synchronizer linked to their inputs, commutator of one-time instructions connected by two-way communication to data collection unit, unit of receivers of series codes connected to first on-line storage which is linked by two-way communication to control unit, built- in tester and code converter whose outputs are outputs of device. Specific feature of device consists in fabrication of voltage-to-code converter in the form of multichannel analog-to-digital converter. Device is additionally fitted with commutator of frequency signals connected to input of program control unit and with intercoupled airborne microcomputer, former of control commands and transmitter of series codes connected to other units of device. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of operation of device, diminished hardware support, expanded functional capabilities. 3 cl, 1 dwg
