FIELD: recording equipment for storing and reading color images. SUBSTANCE: device has unit for storing to and reading from removable information medium which input is connected to modulator and which output is connected to serial circuit of demodulator and decoder. In addition device has detector of edges of displayed image, generator of pulses, and random access units which member is equal to number of colors for decomposition of color image. Signal inputs of all access units are connected to outputs of decoder. Control inputs of all access units are connected to output of pulse generator, which input is connected to at least one output of decoder through detector of edges of displayed images. EFFECT: increased sharpness, decreased noise of displayed images, decreased perception redundancy of images. 8 cl, 18 dwg
