FIELD: organic chemistry, herbicides. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to new derivatives of sulfonylamino- -carbonyltriazolinone of the formula (I) where Q - oxygen or ; R4 - hydrogen, free lower alkyl or that substituted with cyano-group or lower alkoxycarbonyl, or lower alkoxycarbonyl; R1 - lower alkyl, lower alkoxy-, cyclopropyl-group or radical of the formula -N= C(R5)(R6) where R5 and R6 - lower alkyl; R2 - halogen, free alkyl or that substituted with alkylthio- or alkoxy-group, alkoxy-group, cyclopropyl, dialkylamino-group; R3 - free alkyl or that substituted with cyano-group, alkylsulfonyl, cycloalkyl, phenyl and others. Invention relates to also derivatives of chlorosulfonylaminocarbonyltriazolinone of the formula (II) as the parent compounds for synthesis of compounds of the formula (I). Invention relates to also a herbicide agent on the basis of compounds of the formula (I). EFFECT: new compounds indicated above, improved method of synthesis. 4 cl, 2 tbl
