FIELD: construction engineering; repair and erection of pipe lines for public services. SUBSTANCE: outer film hose is pulled on hose made from reinforcing material. Hose-reservoir or delivery hose is introduced inside hose made from reinforcing material and polymer binder is fed to them under pressure. Then hose-reservoir or pressure hose is withdrawn forcing out the binder and combined hose is passed through roll fixture to enhanced impregnation of hose made from reinforcing material, after which film hose is inserted by turning it inside out under pressure. Description contains recommendations for selection of materials, parameters and modes of operation. EFFECT: enhanced reliability and improved quality of pipe line lining. 6 cl, 5 dwg
