A mixture of R(-)- and S(+_)-enantiomers has 10 wt. -% S(+)-ketoperofen, not above. To obtain analgetic effect a composition is administrated to human at effective amount. Preferable amount of R(-)-ketoprofen or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt is 25-2000 mg per a day. Invention ensures to avoid nonfavorable adverse effects caused by administration of the known antiinflammatory preparations: gastroenteric, renal and hepatic toxic effects, bleeding and others.
