FIELD: cutting tools. SUBSTANCE: each cutter of block is mounted in holder having base with T-shaped cross section. One flange of cross section is inserted into first lengthwise groove of carrying body; second flange is inserted into second lengthwise groove of carrying body opened towards first groove. Sides of first and second lengthwise grooves spaced from central longitudinal axis of carrying body are laid in mutually parallel planes which are parallel to longitudinal axis of carrying body; each plane forms positioning surface for respective flange of cross section. Cutter holder has clamping surface which is inclined by angle opened radially outside relative to front surface of cutter and by acute angle relative to adjacent positioning surface. Clamping effort of each clamping screw is directed to clamping surface for pressing holder by means of its first component to front bearing surface of receiving seat of carrying body and by means of its second component - to two positioning surfaces of grooves of carrying body.
