FIELD: oil production industry. SUBSTANCE: according to method, injected into bottom-hole zone of bed being treated is inflammable-oxidizing compound which contains following components; urea, nitric acid, acetic acid, potassium permanganate, carborane, ammoniacal saltpeter, and water. Introduced into zone of location of inflammable-oxidizing compound is burning initiator with following components, mass%: aluminium 10-30, chromium oxide 70-90. Amount of introduced burning initiator is not over 10% of mass of components of inflammable-oxidizing compound with subsequent completion of well. Inflammable-oxidizing compound contains components preferably in following proportions, mas.%: urea, 18-30; nitric acid, 4.0-6.0; acidic acid, 4.5-5.5; potassium permanganate, 0.01-0.02; carborane, 0.3-3.0; water, 13-18; ammoniacal saltpeter, up to 100. Used in function of carborane is isopropylmetacarborane. Application of the method allows for enhancing efficiency in process of completing new wells and in stimulation of used wells. It cuts treating period and increases permeability of bed. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 cl, 1 tbl
