FIELD: training aids intended to monitor the actions of layer of tank gun laying mechanisms (stabilizer, elevating and training mechanisms). SUBSTANCE: training aid is made as a shield with a moving target fastened to a post with a ball support, on which the shield can be turned relative to the trainee and produce frontal, oblique and flanking movements of target. The training aid has a helium-neon gas laser, whose power pack is secured on the tank turret or trainer for fire training of tankmen, and a radiator connected to the power pack by means of a high-voltage cable is installed on the rack- and-pinion mechanism located near the gun muzzle end. A blind is available on the radiator front end, which intercepts the beam of the laser, with an electric drive actuated by depression of the "fire" push-button located on the gun stabilizer control handle or on the gun elevating mechanism handle. The moving mock-up carries electric radiation detectors, which are connected to the mock-up drive electric supply circuit and convert the light energy, if signal to electric energy, thus producing a signal to break the mock-up drive power supply circuit. Target hit is indicated on the training result monitoring panel. The results of exercise execution are indicated on the panel. EFFECT: automated process of training and estimation of actions of trainees, reduced time for preparation to trainings of fire at moving targets. 4 dwg
