FIELD: radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention is related to radio systems in which monooscillations separated in time are formed from DC pulses and are sent to space in which summary energy bursts are scattered in frequency terms and where spectral density merges with environmental noise and information related to these bursts can be restored. Generator of transmitter sends signal of base frequency of 100 kHz to divider. Divider splits base frequency into four frequencies. Signal having frequency of 25 kHz is fed from divider output to input of adjustable supply source and to output stage of transmitter for transmission. Pulse antenna forms monooscillations. System restores signals otherwise absorbed by noise. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of reception of information signal. 5 cl, 23 dwg
