FIELD: mechanical engineering; packing sealing of reservoirs with neck provided with projecting flange and designed for storing liquids. SUBSTANCE: device is a pressure die casting. It has cap with inner thread and safety ring coupled with cap by connecting zone. Safety ring has circular connecting deformable tape limited from top and bottom by outer and inner projections, respectively. Projection are made so that with cap fitted on container, safety ring is deflected and its lower part turns outwards when passing by container flange owing to controlled deformation of circular connecting tape after which inner projection is fixed under container flange.
