FIELD: fuel and lubricant additives. SUBSTANCE: lubricant additive combination, containing ash-free dispersant based on alkenylsuccinic acid derivative or Mannich base with molecular weight 500-3000 and/or at least one or several alkali ash salicylate-, sulfonate-, or alkylphenol-type dispersants, and, if necessary, dithiophosphate-type antioxidant, is prepared by mixing all or part of its constituents in the form of corresponding additive synthesis intermediates, treating resulting mixture with alkali-earth metal oxide or hydroxide in amount 5-40 wt % and carbon dioxide in amount 1-10 wt % of reaction mass in mineral oil and hydrocarbon solvent medium in presence of promoter at 25 to 100 C. Solvent and promoter are then separated and remaining product is freed of suspended impurities.
