SUBSTANCE: device has amorphous magnetostrictive strip which is made from iron- cobalt alloy, cobalt content in this alloy is at least 30 nuclear percents. In addition this marker, which is made by means of annealing of amorphous magnetic strip-shaped member, is exposed to saturated magnetic field, which is applied in member plane in direction across its longitudinal axis. Heat processing of member is performed using temperature of 460-540 C for at least 5 min. EFFECT: marker does not generate harmonic signals in response to system request with harmonic detection, simplified manufacturing, decreased width, improved ringing characteristics. 52 cl, 8 dwg
