FIELD: treatment of respiratory organs and cardiovascular system. SUBSTANCE: when installation is provided additionally with fabric moisture-absorbing filter, it may be used for cleaning the air from allergens, microflora and for air saturation with negatively charged light aeroions. Installation has external and internal casings, filter-saturator which air-penetrable base communicates with fan. Crushed salt rock is used as filter material. Crushed rock has preset chemical composition: KCl is not less 38.3%; NaCl is not less 58.3%, 2% of CaSO4, and 0.02% of MgCl2, insoluble sediment with size of particles from 0.25 to 1 mm not more 1%. Filter-saturator operates in suspended layer mode with attachments made in the form of lattice-shaped plates which axes are shifted through 45 deg relative to one another to ensure uniform air distribution over entire volume of active material. Filter-saturator is assembled of six changeable elements. Five of them contain attachments, and the sixth one may accommodate fabric moisture-absorbing filter. Intermediate ring is installed between them, and separation space is formed in ring hollow. All changeable elements are combined in one airtight unit which prevents beta-radiation from penetration into medical ward. EFFECT: stability of preset air composition, removed effect of radioactive radiation on patients, extended range of application. 5 cl, 1 dwg
