FIELD: oil production industry. SUBSTANCE: compound relates to oil extraction with application of micellar mixture which can create microemulsions with mineralized water. Oil recovery compound contains following components: neftenol H3 that is hydrocarbon solution of esters of tall oil acids and triethanolamine, 3-5 mas.%; production waste from oil wells that is mixture of asphalt-resin and paraffin substances, 12-14 mas.%; liquid hydrocarbon, the balance. EFFECT: higher efficiency in conditions of mineralized brine water; increased oil viscosity, due to enlarged embracing of bed subjected to treatment, and oil recovery. 1 tbl
