FIELD: air conditioning and heating systems. SUBSTANCE: heating controller has heat-sensing element and flap coupled with actuator made in the form of element responding to air flow energy and functioning to convert this energy into rotary motion; actuator is rigidly fixed on drive shaft coupled with driven shaft through reduction unit; it also has direction varying unit and change-over unit. Actuator energy source is kinetic energy of air stream. Convector has casing with air intake and vent ports, heat exchanger mounted on it, and temperature controller with flap and actuator. Convector is provided with air intake and partition that divides it into two circulating compartments. Flap is installed in one compartment, actuator and air intake, in other one. EFFECT: improved accuracy of convector heat-transfer intensity control and provision for using kinetic energy of air stream. 5 cl, 4 dwg
