DOUGH DIVIDER Russian patent published in 1999 - IPC

FIELD: baking industry. SUBSTANCE: dough divider has carriage movable in longitudinal direction and provided with mechanism engageable with conveyor of proofer-and-oven unit. Car is mounted on carriage for displacement in transverse direction and provided with drive. Divider head has casing with cylindrical movable drum. Crank mechanism is mounted within cylindrical drum. Two drive mechanisms of equal transmission function are mounted on common drive shaft. One of drive mechanisms is connected with drum and other is connected with crank mechanism. Chain friction clutch is built in drum drive mechanism. Brake is mounted on driven half-coupling. Drive is connected to divider head drive shaft and has constant transmission ratio from engine to divider head and transverse motion car. EFFECT: increased efficiency by reduced dynamic loading and improved quality of bakery products. 3 dwg
