FIELD: medicine, medicinal microbiology. SUBSTANCE: method involves growing two strains of Corynebacterium KT N 226 and KT N 227 in separate tubes on modified nutrient medium containing dried nutrient agar and 0.2 ± 0.05% glucose and 0.15 ± 0.05% Tween, pH = 7.7 ± 0.1. Grown culture is washed out from each tube with 0.9% sodium chloride solution and obtained dense suspension is diluted to 10 U turbidity. Then suspensions are combined at equal volumes and heated at 80 ± 1 C for 1 h on water bath for inactivation. Obtained preparation promotes immunocorrection.
