PAPER-MAKING MACHINE Russian patent published in 1999 - IPC

FIELD: wood-pulp and paper industry; may be used in production of hygienic papers. SUBSTANCE: paper-making machine has pressure box, perforated shaft covered with external and internal net conveyors and provided with chambers of air pressure, system supplying hot air to paper surface, compressed air sprayers and drying cylinder. In addition, the machine has squeeze rollers installed on surface of perforated shaft and sprayers of wet steam arranged on external net conveyor. System supplying hot air to paper surface has perforated trough installed on descending run of external net conveyor. Compressed air sprayers are installed over which of paper web with intervals to provide paper cutting by width of commercial rolls. Installed on the machine are structural members intensifying the process of sheet formation, dewatering and drying of paper web. Besides, machine also includes device for longitudinal cutting of paper web and winding of commercial rolls of paper to preclude construction of shop for paper processing. EFFECT: simple in design, compact as compared with the known machines, convenient in operation; highly efficiency. 1 dwg
