FIELD: oil production industry. SUBSTANCE: methods involves oil recovery from oil deposits. According to method, oil is extracted through producing wells. Successively injected into water injection wells is water solution of polyacrylamide and sodium hydrate. Additionally included in this water solution is polyhexamethylenguamidine in concentration of 0.005-0.01 mas. % and also clay suspension. Solutions are injected in equal portions, each in the amount of 50-400 cu.m until water injection well has its injectivity lowered to value not over 50%. Application of aforesaid method increases oil recovery from non-uniform bed due to retaining volume of plugging sediment and viscosity of water phase of composition, and also due to wider area of bed subjected to treatment and retention of oil washing properties of composition.
