SUBSTANCE: claimed composition comprises, wt. pts): polyethylene, 100; benzopropionic acid, 3.5-bis(1,1-dimethylethyl)-4- hydroxy, 2-[3-(3,5-bis(1,1-dimethylethyl)-4- hydroxyphenyl]-1-oxopropyl] hydrazide, 0.1-0.3; pentaerythril tetraxis-(3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4- hydroxyphenyl)propionate or 1,3,5-trimethyl-2,4,6- tris(3,5-ditert-butyl-4-hydroxybenzyl), 0.05-0.1; and 0.05-0.15 composition comprising, wt. pts: polyethylene oxide, 64.0-70.0; hexafluoropropylene-difluoroethylene copolymer 0.1-1.0; talc, 28.5-31.5; and silicon dioxide, 0.1-1.0 Composition comprises 4.0-10.3 wt.pts of polypropylene. The invention makes it possible to make insulation having resistance to thermooxidation, effect of hydrophobic filler and copper ions.
