FIELD: electric communications; serviceability check of primary communication network channels. SUBSTANCE: device has driving and driven sets installed at opposite ends of transmission channels, each set incorporating jack field, control unit, and automatic transmission-channel monitoring device. Novelty in device is that each set is provided with recording unit and CHANNEL MONITORED signal sensor. In addition, integrators, NOR gates, transmission-channel state identifier, and control command transceiver are introduced in driving set as well as control-command receiving unit and response message transmitter are included in driven set with relevant interconnection of components.
