FIELD: agriculture, in particular, cultivation of rice and other cereal crops under irrigated agriculture conditions. SUBSTANCE: method involves leveling microrelief of stubble checks; tilling soil by plowing and mellowing fall-plowed field; providing planing of field surface; prior to sowing, applying chemicals for eliminating weeds; sowing seeds and simultaneously providing local applying of mineral fertilizer; treating young crops with mineral fertilizer solution containing microdose of amine salt additive at vegetative phase, i. e. end of milk stage and beginning of wax-ripeness stage; at the initial stage of tillering, applying vegetative azole biomass in an amount of 3-5 kg/hectare.
